My niece was very surprised and happy to receive it, she loved how beautiful and soft it was.A good giftI just couldn't resist buying this, in my most favourite shade of blue. It's as soft as soft could be, and made from silky touchy-feely fleece. The kind of fabric that's a pleasure to touch and snuggle up under.The colours are gorgeous, popping and vibrant, and the design is girly cute. It's really unusual, I haven't seen very many fleece throws that are designed for girls and as nice as this is.Best of all is that this is so big that it covers a single bed; it's single throw size and overhangs each side and the bottom, and pulls right up to pillow height. So it's a throw, a comfort blanket, or a snuggle as the mood takes.It washes wonderfully, dries quickly and keeps its shape.When it arrived, it was rolled, secured with a cardboard brand sleeve and bagged. I originally bought it to gift at Christmas, but I ended up giving it to my daughter early when she had a sick bug. It cheered her up and it has been really lovely to see the pleasure she has had from it. She reaches for this every day now once she's home from school and relaxing, and sometimes she will share it with me too. So I can tell you it's warm too!My daughter insisted that her pet unicorn should model her unicorn fleece, so I apologise for the little intruder on one of the photos. Apparently, he loves it too, and if it gets a Unicorn Seal of Approval, you KNOW it's got to be good!Very happy with this soft fleecy blanket my 5 year old absolutely loves it she is autistic and can be funny with new items but uses this everyday!! It arrived on time and in excellent condition as to be expected. Lovely colours, soft and warm. She loved it and brought it to the family Xmas meal. Can't comment on how it will wear or wash, though.Perfect blanket for my 4 years young daughter.Very nice and soft material. As well as warm. Perfect size to cover her and the army of dolls. I have washed it already as it got dirty with mud in the park and is still soft as a feather.So pleased with it.
